«A goal without a plan is just a wish.»
After studying English (lic.phil. Univ. Fribourg, Dr. Phil Oxford University), Regina discovered her fascination for the interface between people and organisations, which has since remained a constant in her professional career. During her time as a lecturer at the Universities of Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Geneva, she was responsible, among other things, for the design and review of study programmes under the new Bologna system. From 2007 to 2018, she supported Swiss researchers and SMEs as National Contact Point for the European Research Programmes FP7 and Horizon 2020. Regina gained her management experience from 2014 as vice-director, and from 2018 to 2021 as director of the Euresearch association. During this time, she led various strategy and organisational development projects and participated in several successful WTO tenders.
Over the years, she remained true to her curiosity and continued her education in higher education didactics, change management, business administration for specialists and executives, and service management & customer orientation, completing each with a CAS. She was particularly interested in transferring promising concepts from the private sector to non-profit organisations and public administration.
Since 2022, Regina has been working as a business analyst at the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN), where she again leads and supports various projects in the area of strategy and organisational development (including digitalisation).
In her free time. she enjoys handicrafts (sewing, knitting), singing, and exploring the world on foot.

Dr. Anna Weinberg Allen

«Transforming technological progress into socio-political progress.»
Anna Weinberg Allen was born on International Women's Day 1969 in Kiev, Ukraine, a date she carries with pride to this day. Her education already reflects her passion for bridging different worlds: at the Faculty of Gas Dynamics and System Programming at the Moscow Aviation Institute, she obtained her diploma as an engineer-mathematician as well as a qualification as a lecturer-translator in Spanish. She continued her academic career at the University of Geneva, where she obtained a Master's degree and PhD in econometrics and applied statistics.
This dual background, the technical precision of engineering and the analytical rigour of econometrics, forms the foundation of her professional work. Although she teaches econometric research, the majority of her professional life is devoted to consulting, where she applies her core competencies in organising investment financing, comparative analysis of national and regional developments, and data analysis.
Today, Anna heads a Geneva-based start-up specialising in the online implementation of dual vocational education and training in emerging and developing markets. In addition to her work in four languages (French, Russian, English and Spanish), she is the mother of a son and a daughter. She loves good books and painting, and is interested in both technological and social developments.
